Ayrshire Smiles is a unique online module designed for frontline staff, team members and volunteers, which can be used as an introduction to customer service or as a refresher course for more experienced staff. Offered FREE to each trainee, this interactive and engaging module takes around 2 hours to complete online and can be done in short sessions making it a flexible and business-friendly option. It includes the latest information on Ayrshire & Arran as a tourism destination and provides a wealth of ideas, suggestions, hints and tips, to equip you to deliver excellent service to visitors in your role as an ambassador for your business and the region.

The module includes a range of multiple-choice test questions at the end. On successful completion participants can download their Ayrshire Smiles certificate and will receive a pin badge in the post.
